Understanding Energy
Is your energy affecting your surroundings?
A long time ago, Albert Einstein said,
“energy cannot be created nor destroyed”
He simply means that energy is transformed into some other kind of energy, or it travels to fuel something else.
Think about that.
Energy Speaks
The energy you have and the energy you give is on a continuum, traveling back and forth.
Do you know that person that lights up a room when they walk in? They may physically brighten the room because their energy is literally emitting and transferring to other people, making them feel that same positive energy too.
On the flip side, you may have those certain people who carry negative energy and their presence almost leaves you feeling drained. Or it may be someone you don’t even know, but when they walk in the room the air just feels different. Refining your inner circle can do wonders for your life.
How to Have Good Vibes
You may have heard the term “good vibes” and there is probably some truth to that. Energy is transmitted on a really small level, in the form of tiny vibrations.
So, where does your energy or good vibes come from?
If we consider that energy is transferred, it would stand to reason that the energy we carry is the energy we intake from the people around us.
Are you intaking positive energy? Are you putting yourself in situations where you can allow that to happen? Or are you spending time with people and projects that take more of your positive energy?
Undoubtedly, if you’re surrounding yourself with negatively charged energy, you may find yourself feeling negative. So, is your energy affecting your surroundings?
But, what if you are able to protect your energy and spend time with people who make you feel uplifted? You may start to feel like the person who brightens up all of the rooms you enter. Who wouldn’t want that?
