Does Life Coaching Really Work?

December 10, 2019 By Taylor

Does Life Coaching Work?

The simple answer – absolutely.

However, it is not just a 4-session process and then you are off to the races living a whole new life. Becoming a champion takes time!

How Does Life Coaching Work?

Now, of course, there have been incidences where clients only need a few sessions to kickstart a change or minor adjustment in their life. But, if you are seeking to make a profound change in your relationships, career, lifestyle, physical or mental well-being, and LIFE, you must be willing to put in the necessary time and effort towards working on yourself.

After all, you are your most important investment.

Just as any professional athlete needs to persistently practice becoming a champion, you must be willing to remain persistent in your pursuit of an abundant and fulfilling life.

How Do I Know if Life Coaching Will Work For Me?

How Do I Know if Life Coaching Will Work For Me?

The success of an individual, who goes through the coaching process, is a direct result of their willingness to be vulnerable with themselves and their coach. One must be honest about where they are presently at in life, what they want to fix, and have the tenacity to stay determined in making significant changes in their life.

As a Life Coach, I guide my clients towards properly executing these changes in a very simple and enjoyable process.

The Discovery Session

Discovery Session In Life Coaching

This is personally one of my favorite aspects of the coaching process we go through. This is the first session we go through, and it is an opportunity for you to take an initial overview of all the areas of life you are both satisfied and dissatisfied in. The Discovery Session is where you get clarity on what you want to truly focus on in your life.

From there, we begin pin-pointing the areas they want to focus on most, breaking down what is creating dissatisfaction, determining where they want to be in the specific areas(s), and setting the proper SMART goals to guide them towards a life of fulfillment.
